The Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci is an advanced A3 colour laser multifunction printer designed for busy offices and professional workplaces that require reliable, high-quality document production. It combines printing, copying and colour scanning, with optional fax functionality, into a powerful business-ready platform.

With speeds of up to 35 pages per minute in both colour and black & white, the TASKalfa 3554ci is designed to keep demanding office workflows moving efficiently. It delivers up to 1200 × 1200 dpi print resolution, helping produce sharp text, detailed graphics and professional colour documents.

Fast & Productive Performance

The TASKalfa 3554ci features an ARM A53 1.6GHz processor, 4GB RAM and 32GB SSD storage as standard. Optional 320GB or 1TB HDD storage can be added when additional document storage is required.

The machine has a warm-up time of 18 seconds or less. First-copy time is approximately 5.3 seconds in black & white and 7.0 seconds in colour, while first-print-out time is approximately 5.9 seconds black and 7.7 seconds colour.

High-Capacity Paper Handling

The standard configuration provides 1,150 sheets, using two 500-sheet paper cassettes and a 150-sheet multi-purpose tray. With optional paper-feeding accessories, total capacity can be expanded to up to 7,150 sheets.

The printer supports paper sizes from A6R up to SRA3 (320 × 450 mm) and can handle paper weights from 52 to 300 g/m². Banner printing up to 1,220 × 304.8 mm is also supported.

Automatic Duplex Printing

Standard automatic duplex printing supports paper sizes from A6R through SRA3, making it easy to produce professional double-sided documents while reducing paper consumption.

Professional Scanning

The TASKalfa 3554ci supports network scanning features including Scan-to-Folder, Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-USB and FTPS, with optional document processors providing significantly faster scanning for large document batches.

Easy Operation & Connectivity

A large 10.1-inch resistive colour touchscreen provides convenient access to printer, copier and scanner functions.

Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, USB Host and NFC, while mobile printing support includes solutions such as Apple AirPrint and Mopria.
