Delivery Process:

Once your order is processed, we carefully inspect each product to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. You’ll receive regular updates via email and SMS, keeping you informed about the status of your order. Once the final quality checks are completed, your items are securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. If they are unable to deliver to your provided address or at the scheduled time, they will reach out to you to resolve the situation and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Item Packaging:
We put our products in boxes that are wrapped with plastic. Each product is individually wrapped with bubble wrap, and fragile products are properly protected with additional bubble wrap.
We are proud of the high quality of our packaging. We have heard very few complaints regarding products being damaged as a result of our packaging.
 
The Range of Location:
We distribute courier products throughout India, including all regions supplied by reputable courier carriers.
 
Track the Order After Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier firm that is handling it.
You may follow the status of your package 24 hours after it is shipped from our store.

Note: Your order will ship through any of the above-mentioned courier partners, which is most effective and suitable at the time of booking. 
 
Delivery Time:
We ship most orders; the anticipated shipping time (in business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays) is listed against each item and may vary by item.
 
Due to festivals, natural disasters, riots, strikes, or other unavoidable events, delivery times may be extended.
 
Shipping Chargers:
For a limited time, receive free shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to remove this offer at any moment and without additional notice.
 
Pickup From Store Facility:

We also offer pick-up services from our Bangalore store.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently unavailable.
  2. Digitech Imaging Solutions. is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees that the consignment will be handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days of the order and payment date or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  3. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of India at the present. However, we are striving to begin worldwide delivery as soon as possible, so please stay tuned!
  4. Please study the terms of any promotional or unique shipping offers for a certain product, occasion, or country zone.
  5. To prevent transit delays, we may dispatch multiple order IDs for the same customers in a single parcel.
    We may also ship a single order in many boxes with tracking to ensure proper packaging and avoid product damage.
