If you Receive the Damaged Product:
1. Notification of Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team immediately, and no later than 2 days from the date of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Return and Replacement Process
