DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:

Just Awesome..
Im using phone since one month. It is just awesome and value for money. The most I like about the phone is it’s charging speed and battery capacity. I strongly recommend to buy this phone. This phone has all quality like performance,look and superb camera quality.

My Overall Experience
This phone has extraordinary display and buttersmooth touching sensitivity. Though the processing speed, loading screen is improved than previous versions 50% of the time you’ll feel Lags once you do split screen, spinning screen actions. The phone I got received from CloudNine India retailer haven’t include the Sim Ejector Pin on inside of the box and also the given Protective Case was not even in average level it got broke on the second day of usage(low quality plastic). Like everyone groaning about the the temperature of the phone it certainly getting higher once you overuse, under sunlight, while gaming, Importantly while charging. You’ll be getting used to it eventually.I’ll give 4 stars to the mobile whereas the retailer gets 3 stars.Note : You’ll get minimal chances of second hand or refurbished phone too. kindly do background check of the retailer you’re getting mobile from.

Overall good performance, have been using it for 3 months now. Touch sensor has some issues at the time of starting the phone, you have to press side button for touch sensor to work. Otherwise it’s a good phone. Super fast charging. Excellent battery life. Good volume on speaker, works well in noisy environment.
