DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.
If neither condition is met, replacement may not be applicable.

The Kyocera TASKalfa 2320 is an A3 monochrome multifunction photocopier designed for offices, businesses, educational institutions, photocopy centres and professional work environments. It combines printing, copying and colour scanning in a compact and reliable A3 MFP.
The TASKalfa 2320 delivers speeds of up to 23 pages per minute for A4 documents and up to 10 pages per minute for A3, providing efficient document production for everyday business requirements. Kyocera specifies a 600 × 600 dpi resolution for print, scan and copy, with enhanced print quality of up to 1800 × 600 dpi equivalent.
The machine has a standard paper capacity of 400 sheets, consisting of one 300-sheet universal cassette and a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray. With optional PF-480 paper feeders, the total input capacity can be expanded to 1,300 sheets.
The TASKalfa 2320 supports colour scanning and offers scan-to-PC, scan-to-email, TWAIN and WIA scanning. Scan resolution can be selected from 200 dpi up to 600 dpi, depending on the scanning requirement.
This configuration is supplied without the ADF/RADF. Kyocera lists the DP-480 50-sheet reversing document processor as an optional accessory. A DU-480 duplex unit is also available as an optional accessory for automatic two-sided printing and copying.
With a 500 MHz processor, 256 MB memory, 5.7-second first copy time and approximately 17.2-second warm-up time, the TASKalfa 2320 is designed to provide dependable performance for routine office printing and copying.
