The Kyocera TASKalfa 2020 is an A3 monochrome multifunction printer (MFP) designed for offices, businesses, educational institutions and professional environments that require dependable printing, scanning and copying.
With an engine speed of up to 20 pages per minute, the TASKalfa 2020 provides efficient black-and-white document production for everyday office requirements. It supports A3, A4 and LGL paper sizes, making it suitable for both standard business documents and larger-format materials.
The machine combines printing, scanning and copying in a single compact A3 MFP. Its standard colour scanner provides 600 × 600 dpi scanning resolution, while the printer offers 600 × 600 dpi print resolution for clear and professional document output.
The TASKalfa 2020 features a 300-sheet main paper tray along with a 100-sheet multifunction tray, providing a total standard paper capacity of up to 400 sheets. Optional paper feeders can be added when additional capacity is required.
For convenient document management, the machine supports 1–999 multiple copies and features a 2-line LCD control panel with keypad. The first copy can be produced in approximately 5.7 seconds, while the warm-up time is 18 seconds or less.
The TASKalfa 2020 is also designed for economical operation, with a stated toner yield of up to 16,000 prints and drum life of up to 150,000 prints. A starter toner with an estimated yield of 3,000 prints is included according to the supplied specifications.
For users requiring additional functionality, Duplex and RADF units, paper feeders and a trolley are available as optional accessories.
