This is a good printer, I could not find any hardware issues with the product, however, software looks very dated, especially the user interface of the same. I would advise anyone who purchases this printer to book a free installation request with Epson because the software installation is not straight forward and could be frustrating for the layman like myself. This is the only shortcoming I found in the printer for the short period of time I have been using it and that is the reason why I gave this product 4 stars out of 5.
