All replacement requests will be verified by Digitechshop.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.
If neither condition is met, replacement may not be applicable.
Warranty Handling

For products without a warranty, service and related charges (if applicable) will be as per the brand’s policy.

Exchange Process

Fairly good only if you are aware of this
The print quality was good, fairly easy set-up. Make a lot of sound as if it’s gonna explode but it’s good for the price it comes for, you can consider it but only if you know the you have to buy another cartridge for ₹1800 after 180 prints as per claims, so make sure u know that we’ll. Good Product as of the first day i bought it ✌🏻
