DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.
If neither condition is met, replacement may not be applicable.

A nice printer from Canon
It got very good print quality. Although printer itself bring the paper out fast after paper got jammed sometime you will need to wait little bit until next print .When printer arrived , the serial number in the product and that in the guarantee slip was different . But Amazon is working on that issue and they promised that issue will be solved fast.Once the issue resolved, i will edit this review .

Received a used product
I received a clearly used product. Entire packaging was faded on the outside with lots of stickers and writings with markers. On the inside, protective thermocol was broken everywhere. There was no protective tape in the printer as mentioned in startup guide. and ink bottles were partially empty. I submitted product for return.
