One of the best printer
I purchased this printer on aug 2021 , even after two years its working well , I had HP INK TANK printer before which have many issues with ink and print head, but this cannon printer I dint face any issues till date , it works smoothly. Duplex printing excellent. And the ink lasted more than a year with more than 6000+ prints. One of the best reliable brand for printing.

Good printer at 15k price range
It has all features that modern feature printer could have. Now u can refill yourself n maintainance cost is less. Print quality not as laser printer but still ok ok. Only issue is duplex printing speed, it get stucks for some time while duplex printing if u can ignore that thn its best printer under 15k range.

Print quality awesome.Giving error code 6800 after using 14 months for home use. Near about 7800 printout. i.e Rs 1560. Investment cost 17000, as per canon cost per page 20paise approx. Return on investment 17000-1560=15440loss. Hence not reliable even though print quality is good.

Not user friendly.
It worked fine during installation. But right from the 2nd day it stopped working. The wifi connecting of printer is poor and not at all user friendly printer. With every minor issue one has to call Canon to resolve. Even Canon won’t help you after warranty period.
