Cancellation Policy :
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at 9880007525, 9880052866, or info@digitechimaging.com.
If you need to update the product or address on your order after it has been placed, please contact us using the information provided above.
There’s no reason to cancel the order.
1] Cancellation Request Before Order Shipment: We will initiate a refund after subtracting a minimal charge of 3% of the product/order value.
We will handle the refund within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your request.
2] Cancellation Request after the order has been dispatched but not delivered: We will initiate a refund after subtracting a modest fee of 3% of the product/order value and courier charges for both sides of the transaction.
We will handle your refund within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product/order.
3] In case you ordered the incorrect product: You may need to contact us first to request approval.
If the product has been opened, it cannot be returned or replaced.
You must re-ship the product to our store location at your own risk. In the event of damage during transit, return/replacement is not possible.
If the incorrect product is shipped back or an item is missing, the return request will be held until the correct/all missing goods are returned.
We’ll replace or refund the product of your choosing (courier charges must be borne by the customer) after subtracting a modest fee of 3% of the product/order value and courier charges for one side of transit.
Return policy:
At Digitech Imaging Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and other included materials must be returned with the product.
- Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team within the 2-day period at contact 9880676014 with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item(s).
Please note: Shipping charges for the return may apply unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Note:
- Please note that we do not accept cancellations or replacements for pre-ordered products, including special promotions and pre-built PCs, GPUs, and gaming chairs.
- Once a cabinet or monitor has been shipped, there is no cancellation or replacement option.
- There is no cancellation for payment methods such as. Bajaj Finserv EMI/ Instant Discount on EMI Orders.
- You must return products in their original packing, with the business seal intact.
A return can be created at the item level, and if you ordered numerous goods, you can initiate a return/refund for any of them. - However, any goods being returned must be returned in its entirety, including all components and any additional gifts or products that accompanied it.
- Images are for illustration purposes only. We do our best to deliver in accordance with the image shown.
- In the event that the selected product is not available, we retain the right to substitute another product of equal or greater value. No refund or re-delivery claim will be considered in this case.
- In the event of a return/refund, we will process the refund when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse for missing items/damages.
- Once the refund has been processed. Your bank may take 5-7 working days to credit your account with the return amount.
