DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:

Don’t purchase this printer u can die if you start purchasing cartridges of this printer
Bought this printer for home use and it was listed as having wi-fi printing access but wow! The dot-matrix menu screen is something out of the late 1990s. When asked to enter the current date/time the default setting was 2001! You need a diploma in data network management to configure this piece-of-turd. I tried for ages to get it to work. No auto-detect. Asking for SSID, network key and a bunch of other crap I haven’t thought about since grunge music was cool. Huh? What century was thing thing made in.
