During on-call support, you may be asked to upload images, download a diagnostic app, or connect with the brand directly.
Depending on your location, inspection may be carried out at your doorstep or at the nearest brand service center.
The final resolution may take up to 7 working days.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.
If neither condition is met, replacement may not be applicable.
Warranty Handling
For products with a brand warranty, please contact the brand’s authorized service center directly.
For products without a warranty, service and related charges (if applicable) will be as per the brand’s policy.
On-site or off-site service charges are determined solely by the brand.
Exchange Process
If the brand approves an exchange, customers must:
Collect the Job Sheet from the brand’s technician, and
Share it with Digitechshop within 7 days from the delivery date to process the exchange.

For missing parts or accessories:

If verified by Digitechshop, we may dispatch the missing part, issue a partial refund, or provide a coupon.

Be ready to refill with generic ink. Extremely good printer. Better print quality than E470 and E477.

A cheaper option for limited printing
it has its limitations. Paper intake from the top feeder tray is not smooth. Needs several attempts to get is into the printer. Cartridge is exhausted very fast. Maximum print per BW cartridge is around 30 pages.Why did you pick this product vs others?:It wass the cheaper option according to my personal requirementEase of installation:Not too complicated to installPrinter functionality:limted. It has only printer functionPrint quality:Its a ink jet printer. The quality is ok for that product.Picture quality:Not sharp like the laser jet printerPaper stuckness:No issues yet. but may be later on it may have issues. Keep the printer covered when not in use – to avoid dust

If you’re taking a budget friendly printer then it’s the best 😍
Best budget printer firstly it will take more ink but after some prints it works like maknhan and here is also a headache to fill the ink much time 🥲 because it is inkjet printer but the other specifications are so good and also the color quality is fabulous 😍
