DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.

Affordable and effective Auto duplex printer
Printed one A4 photo and nearly 500 double sided prints in grey scale. Black cartridge is used less than 25 percent. Affordable and effective printing. Only downside noticed in wifi printing for larger no it got wifi interrupt. Now I print higher volume with usb print for smaller volume wireless is not an issue

Great printer from Canon
This is best printer in my view if you want to avoid hassle of ordering cartridges again and again and if you want to save on paper as it gives you auto duplex printing. Works flawlessly from my iphone , ipad and macboook. Initial test results are amazing. Since it has airprint, you can print from any apple device without having to install canon application.Option 1 : configure wifi on printer in same wifi as your iphone. Open file, click print, you would see your printer to do the printing.Option 2 : configure wifiDirect on printer. Go to file on iphone, select canon in wifi to connect to printer. Send a print.I prefer option1 as i don’t have to select wifi for wifi-direct.This printer has capabilities to print on both sides of paper which is a big plus for me.

Good printer
Printer works a promised. Looks good, size is not big and works well with both mobile devices and laptop. Did not face any issues so far.Was thoroughly impressed with Canon service, after receiving the product, I have contacted canon service (over WhatsApp) for installation. Within 30 mins service engineer contacted me and in another one hour they came and did the setup. Very professional.Though the product is good, not happy with the seller. One of the Cartridge was already opened and kept in the package, which is unacceptable. It worked but not sure about the long term implications.
