DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Replacement
Return or replacement is only applicable if:
The brand issues a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate, or
The part is unavailable for replacement.
If neither condition is met, replacement may not be applicable.
Warranty Handling

For products without a warranty, service and related charges (if applicable) will be as per the brand’s policy.

Exchange Process

The Brother MFC-L2701D laser printer can meet all of your printing needs via an adjustable, 250-sheet capacity paper tray that handles letter or legal size paper and a manual feed slot for printing envelopes and letterhead.
Separate Toner and Drum Technology
The Brother laser product line consumables are designed with a toner separation. The consumable components consist of a drum unit and a toner cartridge.
A 2,600-page inbox toner and a 12,000-page long-life drum unit are included. When the toner is used up, you only need to change the toner without replacing the drum
