I talk to brother costomer care center next day. Service person came and installed it. Printer has low bulid quality but has good functionality. Printing, scanning through mobile is awesome. Color photo quality is average. Overall value for money.
PS: Seller or Amazon should clearly mention that they would not do installation part. Buyer should call printer manufacturer Brother for installation.

I will write a full review soon but first impressions, this is a very good printer. The setup process is a bit complicated but once you set it up, things are pretty smooth. The default print quality is set to a bit lower so when printing photos or if you want a bit more clarity it is better to select a higher print quality and then the colors, the print quality are very good like on par with HP printers which in my experience have the best color calibration.
